Singular and Plural Nouns

A singular noun names on person, place, or thing.

A plural noun names more than one person, place or thing.

To form most plural nouns, add s to the singular noun.

If a singular noun ends with s, x, ch, or sh form the plural noun by adding es to the singular noun.
